Modular helmets by SHARP latch score
For modular (flip-up) helmets SHARP gives a latch score: the share of its 30 linear impact tests after which the chin guard stayed fully locked. It isn’t part of the star rating, as SHARP says there’s no objective measure of the safety effect of a latch failure.
